เกิดปัญหาเรื่อง codec ไม่รู้จะทำไงดีครับ ใครรู้ช่วยทีครับ

เกิดตอนไหนครับ ใครโทรไปหาใคร ต้นทาง ปลายทาง คอนฟิกยังไงบ้าง บางทีอาจเซ็ต codec ในเบอร์ extension ไว้แต่ว่าอุปกรณ์จริงๆไม่รองรับ codec นั้น ลองใส่แบบนี้ดูให้มันครอบคลุมเยอะๆเข้าไว้ เทสดู

เป็นอีกแล้วครับ เป็นในส่วนของคนโทรเข้า การ์ด E1 จะเข้ามาเป็น alaw แล้วมัน warning ท่อนนี้

ใช้การ์ด E1 ยี่ห้ออะไร รุ่นอะไรครับ ปกติมันไม่เป็นนะครับ

มันเกี่ยวกับ Compand type บนคอนฟิกพอร์ต E1 ครับ มันไม่ตรงกับที่ทาง Operator เขาส่งมา มันจะมีแบบ ulaw กับ alaw ซึ่งถ้าดูจาก Error จะเห็นว่ารับเข้ามาเป็น alaw แต่คอนฟิกบนการ์ดเป็น ulaw (ค่าดีฟอลท์ของไดร์เวอร์การ์ด E1 มันมีค่า Compand type เป็น alaw อยู่แล้วนะครับ ผมถึงบอกในตอนแรกว่าปกติมันไม่เป็น)

ลองเช็คดูครับโดย รันคำสั่ง asterisk -rx "dahdi show channel 1" แล้วดูบรรทัด Default law

Default law: ulaw

อย่างนี้คือเป็น ulaw ต้องแก้ให้เป็น alaw

ปัญหานี้เกิดจาการที่ codec ไม่ตรงกันจึงมีการรีเควสค่าที่ต้องการกลับมาครับ โดยส่วนตัวไม่เคยช้ Elastix จะใช้ pure asterisk แต่ก็เคยลองติดตั้ง E1 กะ free pbx ก็ไม่เกิดปัญหาทำนองนี้ครับ

อืม อาการอย่างว่าเป็นเฉพาะตอนเล่นไฟล์เสียง ivr หรือเปล่าคับ ได้ยินเสียง ivr มั๊ย เสียงชัดเจนมั๊ย

ได้เทสตอนโทรคุยธรรมดาๆเป็นมั๊ยครับ คือโทรเข้าทาง e1 แล้วให้ไปดังที่เบอร์ extension รับสายแล้วคุยกัน

ถ้าตอนโทรปกติ ก็อาจจะเป็นที่เสียงที่อัด อัดเป็นฟอร์แม็ตไรครับ
