When to check the status of the alarms you have set up
Alarm Type
What to monitor
•ALOC - Average Length of Call
•ASR - Answer Seize Ratio
•CIC - Consecutive Incomplete Calls
Min and Max Values
Depending on what alarm type is selected will depend on the number to put in these fiels. Read the on screen docs for hints
